[VoxBo] vbdumpstats issues

Hello,

I can't get vbdumpstats to output values for an ROI. Errors with "couldn't retrieve timeseries data".

vbdumpstats GLM-ScanInterceptGlobal -m ../RFX_Sent_FF/LF-Sent-FF.cub 
[I] vbdumpstats: GLM GLM-ScanInterceptGlobal/GLM-ScanInterceptGlobal
[I] vbdumpstats: mean scaling: yes
[I] vbdumpstats: detrending: yes
[I] vbdumpstats: region LF-Sent-FF.cub (0 voxel)
[E] vbdumpstats: couldn't retrieve timeseries data

Specifying a contrast in the command line gives the same output.  vbdumpstats GLM-ScanInterceptGlobal -c "Test t vec 1 0 0 0 0 0"  -m ../RFX_Sent_FF/LF-Sent-FF.cub

Funnily enough, if I give it a non-existent GLM folder, it at least outputs the correct number of voxels in the mask.

I can open up the GLM and the mask in IDL fine. I also created a statmap using vbstatmap and then loaded the anatomical, statmap and mask files in vbview. The dimensions match.

Anyone else having these issues or have any ideas?
