[VoxBo] problem with vb2cub command

Lila, thank you for the followup. I updated fsl a few weeks ago.
/usr/local/fsl now is 32-bit version of fsl 4.1.0, which also has bet.
I am curious whether your job will be run if you do not change
/usr/local/fsl/bin/bet to /usr/local/fsl-old/fsl-3.3/bin/bet, because
the newer version is supposed to be more stable. Thanks.
