[VoxBo] question about merge3d and preprocessing script

Hi,

I'm having some trouble with a pre-processing script that I've
successfully used to pre-process other subjects' data before.
Specifically, I'm getting the following error message:

command=merge3d Anatomy/Anatomical.img Anatomy/
Anatomical_BET_mask.img -o Anatomy/Anatomical_BET.img -m
script command: /bin/sh -c "merge3d Anatomy/Anatomical.img Anatomy/
Anatomical_BET_mask.img -o Anatomy/Anatomical_BET.img -m"
below is the output of your job, with script input tagged [S]
----BEGIN------------------------------
/bin/sh: merge3d: command not found

I noticed that merge3d now lives in /usr/local/VoxBo/oldbin. But I
was wondering what it has been replaced with, and whether I should be
using its replacement instead?

Thanks,
Ranjani
