[VoxBo] vbdumpstats to Matlab

Dear Forum,

I'm trying to extract the average beta value within a given mask for each of my n time points. I've run a glm where each time point is fitted by a separate convolved impulse function. I can then define n different contrasts within the contrast.txt file and run vbdumpstats to get the average beta value for each time point. I would like to end up with a vector of values that I can manipulate in Matlab. 

I have 2 questions: Is there a more efficient way of doing this? Is there a way to get the output from vbdumpstats in a Matlab-readable form?
