[VoxBo] single user mode error!

Yanping, hi.  The current releases of VoxBo don't have a single-user mode, so you have two choices: (1) install it as you would for a cluster (even if it's just one machine); or (2) run commands from the command line or via shell scripts.  Which is better depends on what you're trying to do.  It looks like you will need super-user access for the first option.
