Hi,

I have an event-related experiment with 6 different conditions (running at the HUP scanner) and I assume that the power for the contrasts of interest is spread over many frequencies. I am trying to decide how to generate the 1/f model. Different people I have asked seem to use different methods, so I would like to know which of the following options is best and why -

1. Stock 1/f that comes with voxbo
2. vbfit for run 1 for each subject
3. vbfit for all runs for each subject
4. Look at the noise spectrum in the gui and pick the best run for each subject (this might mean that different runs are used for different subjects)

Thanks much,
Malathi
