[VoxBo] ANTS in VBP script

Hello,

I am having problems running the ANTS command within a VBP script. My syntax is the following:

runonce shellcommand "/home/avants/bin/ants/ANTS 3 -m MI[/jet/kimj/tbipatients/tp03_s1/Anatomy_CASL_ANTS/oldrAnatomical.nii,/jet/kimj/tbipatients/tp03_s1/Anatomy_CASL_ANTS/oldrAnatomicalrigid.nii,1,4] -i 0 -o rigidlesionmap"

The call in quotations works just fine in the terminal window, but when scripted in a VoxBo prep file like this, it doesn't run. For some reason we don't receive an error either.
