[VoxBo] Finding geometric center

Hi Dan,

Just some feedback:

I think it's still buggy, though I guess it depends on how you
calculate the geometric center. I found something online that said
you basically averaged the coordinates within a dimension to get that
dimension's coordinate for the center (so, average all x coordinates
to get the x coordinate of the center). I have a mask with 18 voxels
at the following coordinates;
38	48	24
39	44	24
40	49	23
40	48	23
38	47	23
39	47	23
40	47	23
41	47	23
40	46	23
41	46	23
38	45	23
39	45	23
40	45	23
38	44	23
39	44	23
40	44	23
39	45	22
39	44	22

Yielding a center via my method of 39.3 45.83 23; vbregion gave me 26
31 22.5, which I don't think is possible because no x coordinate is
ever that small. Also, I still don't get a value for the min without
a threshold.

Actually, I just reran vbregion using a threshold and it gave me the
same center coordinate I got. So maybe just update the help to say a
threshold is mandatory or change the script to make it not.

Thanks for your help on this,
David
