[VoxBo] Finding geometric center

Hi Dan,
Just to give more information on the bug:
vbregion begins to report min values when you include a threshold
(I've been using -t .01 just to throw a number at it), however, the
min and the geometric center are always the same.
Also, it wasn't clear to me whether you meant to indicate that
vbimagemunge had the geometric center functionality in it already or
you were planning on adding it. I used vbimagemunge -- regioninfo and
didn't see the center functionality, but I might have missed a flag or
something.
