[VoxBo] Finding geometric center

I'm in the process of updating a lot of VoxBo's tools for doing region and mask manipulation, and most of the functionality will be available in vbimagemunge as well, so you can combine it with other image processing operations.  I'll try to get an update out for this pretty soon, and the plan is to fold in some simple coordinate transformations.  In the meantime, let me know if there are other issues or missing features.

ps  vbimagemunge is too hard to type.  i may rename it vbmunge, since i don't think anyone's using the old vbmunge.  but suggestions for other names are welcome.
