[VoxBo] Question on setting up a GLM with a long condition function

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up a GLM to examine a set of 96 .tes files. My condition
function has 18428 points. Even though the data and the condition function
load as with smaller datasets, when I try to use the diagonal set as my
condition of interest (convolving the 1st Eigenvector) the operation aborts
and I get the following error message:

gsl: c_init.c:142:ERROR: failed to allocate scratch space
Default GSL error handler invoked. Aborted.

I was wondering, is  there any way to circumvent this problem? Do I have any
alternative ways of going about this?
