I took a look at some of my own data, and actually I'm seeing the same
thing.  It looks like SPM2 doesn't set the origin for you when you
normalize, which is probably sensible.  So you'll have to put it in
separately.  I like to refer to the table on the following web page on

If you want your script to do it automatically, you could add some
setorigin lines.
