[VoxBo] release 1.8.5pre3

I didn't plan on another preview release this quickly, but there were some bugs 
in the previous version that were serious enough to merit an update.  These were 
  not the kinds of bugs that you could miss, so if you haven't had any problems 
you know about, you don't need to worry.  This update is already installed at 
the Penn CfN.  Others can download it from NITRC:

Individual tools can be downloaded via the wiki.

The version listed in the help for most of the tools still says pre2 
(oversight), but the new tools have today's date.
