[VoxBo] makeexofilt broken in latest release

Hi all.  In the 1.8.5pre2 release (yesterday's), I inadvertently left 
some debugging code in the executable that creates the exofilt file for 
VoxBo GLMs, causing the vector to be printed to the screen instead of 
written to a file.  I've already patched the issue locally for CfN users 
(you can just re-run your GLMs), and I'll try to make the OSX versions 
available tomorrow.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
