What does "combine input masks by counting" mean?  That's what the -n
option says for vbmaskmunge.  If it means count how many masks are in
a voxel, that would be great.  If that's the case, does the number
that the masks in the multi-mask receive when you load the -n mask
into vbview indicate how many masks overlapped?
