[VoxBo] Overlapping ROIs in MRIcro

Hi,

I want to use the ROIs I found in VoxBo to generate a percentage
overlap map.  I was told that I could do this in MRIcro, but I can't
figure out how to get MRIcro to recognize the VoxBo-generated rois.
(MRIcro wants .roi files, and when I change the .cub extension to
.roi, MRIcro complains that it can't use the file.)  I don't see a
tool on the voxbo wiki for this purpose.  How have other people done
this?  If there's another way to generate a 3d-brain with a cutout
with a map showing the degree of overlap among rois that doesn't use
MRIcro, I'm interested as well.
