[VoxBo] nDisplay or nAnatomical files for mask drawing?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a preferred type of file on which one should be
drawing ROI masks on normalized data.
Given that usually functional data are overlaid on the nDisplay.cub files, I
am assuming drawing masks on the nDisplay.cub files should be OK, even
though the resolution is not very high. (With non-normalized data this
procedure normally works fine).
When drawing the masks on the nAnatomical.cub files, the resolution is
better, however the number of voxels in the mask increase roughly by 3 (I am
assuming due to the increased resolution).
Is there a "right" or better type of file recommended for mask drawing? If
one is to draw the masks on the nAnatomical files, would resampling of the
masks be necessary to match them with the functional data?
Many thanks for your help-
