[VoxBo] removing voxels based on mask

Hi, I think I have asked this question before, but I don't remember, so
please humor me.

We have been needing to use masks to remove voxels from beta maps that
are not in the masked region. In other words, we need a program that
will load an image file and a mask and then output a file that is
essentially a masked version of the image file. This can be done from
vbview, but it is a rather prolonged process. Is there a simple way to
do this at the command line? It seems like one of the programs (vbthresh
or vbmaskmunge) should be able to do this, but I couldn't figure it out.

Thanks! CR
