[VoxBo] entering spikes in glm

That is true. Spike covariate is supposed to have only one spike in it. So
if you type "22,150,151" when creating sipkes, you will get three
covariates whose spike is at 22, 150 and 151 recpectively.

If you need more than one spike in one covariates, you can create your own
ref file and load it by "add single covariate".
