[VoxBo] minc & nifti file format

VoxBo should handle most nifti files, although if they're compressed
(foo.nii.gz), you need to uncompress them first using gunzip.  If you
find a file that's problematic, and you can send me the file (or point
me to where it's located), I'll see if I can fix the problem.
