[VoxBo] vbview cannot save(or save as) image

Hello VoxBo experts:
 
I found a problem of vbview, it's ok to open files with vbview, but when I click File->Save (or ->Save As), it gives an error message: "Couldn’t save image for unknown reason".
Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?
