[VoxBo] HRF TR (sampling rate) - using default of 2000ms

Hi VoxBo group,
I noticed that the newer version of VoxBo (which has been out for a while
actually) uses HRF kernel sampling rate when calculating glms, and this is
set to 2000ms as a default. We have HRF runs from which we calculate 1/f
parameters for noisemodel, and I don't understand what 2000ms HRF kernel is
for. I assumed that this is not critical in glms calculation so just let it
use the default value. Could some one explain to me what HRF kernel is for?
Thanks
Joon
