Hi Team Voxbo,
We are having problems with the IDL-based voxviewer. It crashes just
before loading a new loc. We can select an anatomical image and select a
.prm file without a hitch. The ‘create contrast’ window pops-up just fine as
well. After entering a contrast into the ‘create contrast’ window and
clicking ‘done’, the display appears for about a half second and then the
program crashes producing a segmentation fault. We have tried vox viewer on
a number of different data files, participants and computers and all produce
the same crash. Vox viewer was working for us relatively recently. Also,
vbview runs fine and voxbo is creating new glms without a hitch as well. It
does not seem to be an IDL license issue, for when we load up to IDL to run
voxviewer, IDL finds a license. We are pretty much stumped at this point,
and we would really appreciate some help getting voxviewer to work.
Thanks
-Rob
