[VoxBo] rfx with multiple timepoints

Is anyone familiar with how to do rfx analysis with two timepoints?  In the
no_norm RFX script I'd like to use, I'd need to specify a GLM and
corrosponding anatomy folder for each file I want to include.  But with two
timepoints, there are 2 anatomicals.  Is there a way to average 2
anatomicals?  Or, can one do 2 RFX analyses, one for each timepoint, and
somehow use the two resulting .tes files in another GLM?  More specifically,
I'm trying to compare double-cue minus no-cue at Time2 to double-cue minus
no-cue at Time1.
