I haven't touched that code lately, so it's probably still broken.
I've been planning to reconceptualize the whole mask drawing process,
because of some weird situations that could crop up if we allow masks
that don't match the resolution of the functionals.  In the meantime,
the best workaround to be sure you have a mask with the right
dimensions is to take a sample functional volume and use vbmaskmunge
to zero it out (e.g., with -t 9999).
