[VoxBo] cannot convert dicom to analyze format

If you're using the most recent distribution, I can give you the
latest development versions to try, which have some DICOM improvements
that might help.  On the other hand, if you're working at the CfN,
then the problem is in the latest code, and I would need to look at
the files.
