[VoxBo] cannot convert dicom to analyze format

Hello VoxBo Experts:
 
I have both T1 and T2 images in dicom format, each one is a folder including a series of files (I think each file corresponds one slice).  I can use vb2img convert the T1 image to analyze format, but it's failed when I do the same thing to the T2 image, it gave following error message:
 
[E] vb2img: couldn't read file ....... as 3D data (err 102)
 
I can use vbview to look at the T2 image,but I found it always take the different slice as different time point.
Does anybody can help me out, thanks a lot!
