[VoxBo] scheduler running indefinitely

Hi Voxbo Group,

We encountered a problem with the voxbo scheduler. When a sequence is queued
to the scheduler, jobs seem to be running on the servers; however, they are
running indefinitely (at least that's what vq -a is showing) and they won't
even stop after I kill my sequence. I first thought it was a "queue"
problem, so I cleared the [voxbo dir]/queue directory and ran the sequence
again - but it was the same. The below is the status of my scheduler:

[joonkoo at linux-tpolk03 OldTwins]$ vq -a

Server Load Pri Job Pct Elapsed
linux-tpolk 0.00 1 shellcommand (00001-00000) - 0:49:21
linux-tpolk 0.00 1 shellcommand (00001-00001) - 0:49:21
linux-tpolk 0.15 3 <idle>
linux-tpolk 0.00 1 shellcommand (00001-00002) - 0:49:20
linux-tpolk 0.00 1 shellcommand (00001-00003) - 0:49:20
linux-tpolk 0.00 1 shellcommand (00001-00004) - 0:49:10
                     shellcommand (00001-00005) - 0:48:46

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sequence Name Num Pri Owner Wait Run Bad Done Total

create_spm 1 2 joonkoo 186 6 0 0 192 [*]

[*] this sequence has been killed
[joonkoo at linux-tpolk03 OldTwins]$

Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!

Joon
