[VoxBo] build problems on Mac OS

Ugh.  I'm getting rid of dynamic loading (fileformat plug-ins) for the
next release, probably for good, so this should go away.

Same version of make, but I'll just hope it's some weird thing with
Xcode.  Maybe I'll also hurry the next release, just in case.
