[VoxBo] Source from vbmaskcompare

Hello,

Can anyone tell me more citation information about the Fiez et al.
article cited in the VoxBo Wiki description of vbmaskcompare?  I want
to know what "surface comparison" and "discrepant voxels" mean for
these people (or, rather, for the function, but I figured the meaning
in vbmaskcompare would follow the meaning in Fiez et al.).
