[VoxBo] how to start (setup) voxbo?

Hi Ping.  If you can say a little about what kind of data you have and
what kind of analysis you'd like to do, I can give you both general
and specific instructions on what you need to get up and running.

VoxBo doesn't have a single central program you run to do everything,
it's more like a collection of little special-purpose programs that
you can string together.  While this has many advantages, it does make
it more difficult to get started.  Perhaps sometime we'll add a
graphical front-page interface.
