I wasn't sure from your message if you checked to make sure the two
GLMs have the same number of voxels inside the mask.  Voxels for which
there is no data aren't counted.  You can usually eyeball it to check,
but you can also use vbmaskmunge to get the mask intersections, to be
sure.  Note that if you give vbmaskmunge a tes file as input, it uses
the tes mask (mask of where there's data).
