[VoxBo] vbview displaying results of a contrast

Hi Russell, the feature does work, at least if you have your contrast
specified in the contrasts.txt file. I never got it to work with the
user-specified contrast, but I might have given up too soon. Anyway, try
editing the contrasts.txt file in your GLM directory, and you should be
able to do it. The pro has an annoying bug, though--once you open up a
contrast for a GLM, it will not open up any new contrasts or GLMs.
You'll have to open up a new VBview window to do it. Good luck, CR

p.s. If your rfx group analysis produced a statmap (i.e., a .cub or .img
file), I'd load it as an "overlay", rather than a GLM. That option is
robust, and should work fine. CR
