[VoxBo] vbstatmap not preserving origin

We have also found that vbstatmap doesn't put the origin in statmaps.
What is worse, however, is that it also sets the voxel size to 0 x 0 x 0
mm, which creates problems when you try to view the data in another
program. The voxel size is correctly specified in the .prm file, so this
seems to be a problem with vbstatmap. Is there a fixed version available?

On a related note, when you make a mask in vbview, it also doesn't write
the voxel size. It would be nice if, in addition to fixing the bugs,
team voxbo could create a little utility for changing the voxel size in
the header. Unfortunately, vbhdr doesn't do the trick, because it just
adds or deletes lines, but doesn't have a simple way to replace
parameter values for key lines of the header (e.g., it doesn't have an
easy way to specify the voxel size w/o typing in the entire header line).

Thanks in advance, CR
