[VoxBo] way to automate?

Yes, we are working with time series and were looking for an easier way to apply
GLM (with the same G matrix for all subjects) to clean up our signal for all
subjects.

Also, one more question: Earlier I asked you about averaging over multiple
subjects, and you said that we should add all .tes files at once during the
creation of the G matrix to concatenate them. To create the G matrix, I also
created a new condition function made from the individual condition functions
put together. You said from there I should use the appropriate averages.txt to
get the averages over the multiple subjects. But what do I open in vbview for
this? Do I even use vbview for this? I can only open a single subject's .tes
file at a time, right?

Thank you for your reply! (and also for your earlier reply regarding global
signal)

I'm a little confused, what exactly are you trying to automate?
vbview lets you extract time series, and unfortunately I haven't yet
released a tool to do that at the command line. But I will soon. If
you're using vbview to get region stats, you can do that with
vbdumpstats. If you're trying to automate the GLM design, you can do
that using gds. The syntax is a little arcane, but it's great once
you get the hang of it, and ultimately it will save you a lot of time.
