Oops, I should have mentioned you still need the -c flag (it precedes
the command line to be run).  Without it you won't get any command
lines, and nothing will be queued.  The idea is that you run vbbatch
once without the -r flag, make sure you get the command lines you're
expecting, hit the up arrow, and tack on the -r flag.
