[VoxBo] [Voxbo] vbxts

I know that vbxts is still a new, rough tool, but I was having trouble
getting it to run in a script with a line something like:

runonce shellcommand "vbxts -t ../nperf_0$scan.tes -m
/jet2/safron/Perfusion/LingMasks/SeededMasks/Combinations/Avg_nDisplay_2005_tasknegative.cub"

Is anybody else having this problem - i.e. Is it just that vbxts does not
like symbols like $?
