[VoxBo] preprocessing error

Hi all,
All of a sudden, I'm having difficulty executing a preprocessing 
script (a very slightly modified version of Geoff's) which previously 
worked fine.  A bad job results from the script line:

runonce shellcommand "/usr/local/fsl/bin/bet Anatomy/Anatomical 
Anatomy/Anatomical_BET -f 0.5 -g 0 -o -m"

No error message is logged, although if the portion within the quotes 
is executed from the command line (which may or may not be 
diagnostic), I'm getting "Environment variable FSLOUTPUTTYPE is not 
set!" as an error.
Anyone know what this issue is, and why it would suddenly become a 
problem?  I've previously successfully preprocessed data with scripts 
containing the same command.
