The script I have to convert the cub file to a text file basically goes into
the cub file, grabs the F- or beta values that I want to analyze, and drops
them in a different file, which I call a text file.
If I reversed that, I'd just be calling a text file a cub file, and I
thought that there was probably something more special about cub files.
Something that allowed them to be applied as masks, opened in vbview, etc.
I don't understand how I could add that information back into the cub file.
