[VoxBo] text to cub?

Hello,

I'd like to do an analysis in which I
       a. extract a cub file with F's for the entire brain
       b. play with the F's offline, producing a new vector of numbers the
same length as the original F's
       c. take the product of step b and convert it BACK into a cub file

I have a script that converts cub files to text files.  The resulting file
contains just the extracted values (betas, F-values, etc.).  My problem is
converting that back into a cub file.  Is that possible?

Does anyone have any thoughts on how best to do this?
