[VoxBo] Problem with setorigin -m

As I told you, I am forwarding Sunil's email to the voxbo list (See
below). We actually manually set the origin at this time, so now it's
OK.
But for the future, it would be scary if we can't use the
mapping option of setorigin utility in our preprocessing scripts....

Hi Dan,

I am having a problem with setorigin.  In the directory:

/jet/kimj/tbicontrols/tc06/Anatomy_CASL

I am entering the following command:

setorigin -m Anatomical.cub FirstEPI.cub.

However, the origin on my FirstEPI.cub is not changing from 0,0,0.

I know I could manually put the origin on my FirstEPI.cub.   However,
this command is a part of a script which processes multiple data sets. 
Any suggestions?  Thanks.
