[VoxBo] time series browsing in vbview

Hi all.  I've just become aware of a bug in vbview that affects time
series browsing and I believe region stats as well.  The issue comes
up when you have a mask that has different resolution from your
functional data.  vbview isn't designed to handle this, and just
applies the mask coordinates to the functional data.

I'm patching vbview to make sure that your mask dimensions get set any
time you load new GLM or time series data.  But in the meantime, if
you're using the "Graph selected mask" button for time series browsing
or the "Dump Region Stats" button, please be careful that your mask
and image dimensions match (check those pink boxes).  If not, use the
"Change Mask Dimensions" button, or load a mask with the right
dimensions.
