[VoxBo] time series data

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me understand the nature of the
time series information provided by VoxBo.
When you select % signal change (having set up the glm appropriately)
I thought the output was the % signal change relative to baseline.
But then what is the meaning of the % signal change when the trial
index is set to baseline, which voxbo displays in the voxel surfer?
What is the % signal change relative to?
An additional question is about the "images" variable (how many TR's
or seconds the time series is averaged over).
Suppose the variable is set to 8 TR's, just using the first six
values of the output is not the same as setting the variable to 6
TR's. Why is that? How do I figure out the appropriate # of TR to use?
Finally, since a new update of VoxBo is about to come out, I'm taking
the opportunity to plead for a function that fills in the relevant
information into the averages.txt file. Also it would be really great
to use vbdumpstats to extract time series data. Pretty please. Vbview
currently has the potentially to provide a lot of nice time series
info, but without updates extracting time series is extremely
painful, particularly when each subject has a random order of
conditions.
Thank you,
Marina
