[VoxBo] problem running permutation

Hello,

I'm having trouble running permutation analyses.

I get the following error message:

[I] Using GSL random Number generator [taus113].
There was an error (103) submitting sequence "amb_perm."

Based on the error message it seems to be something related to  
running X? However, I've been able to run permutations from this  
computer before, and I'm able to load windows for vbview, glm and the  
voxel surfer.
A permutation directory is created, it contains an iterations  
directory, an .mat file and a perminfo.txt file. Is there a way to  
force the permutation analysis to run using the command-line?
