The spm2 jobtypes have a "requires matlab" line, and can only be run
on servers that have a "provides matlab" line.  You can probably just
delete the requires line from the jobtype and restart the scheduler.
That's my best guess as to what's holding you up.  Probably we
shouldn't distribute the jobtypes this way (but we're going to rewrite
all the jobtypes soon to accomodate a new and improved scripting
language).
