vbtcalc is both a command-line and gui-based program for calculating t thresholds using both Bonferroni correction or Random Field Theory (see Multiple comparison problem for details). Here's the help text:

VoxBo thresholdCalculator (v1.8/Mar 16 2006)
summary:  calculates Bonferroni and Gaussian t or F threshold values

usage:
          vbtcalc [flags]
flags:
          -v   set number of variables (default is 1)
          -k   set number of conjunctions (default is 1)
          -e   set the p value extent (default is .05)
          -c   set cluster threshold (default is .001)
          -w1  set dfw1 (default is inf)
          -w2  set dfw2 (default is inf)
          -h   help/usage screen appears
