vbmakeglm

vbmakeglm processes .glm script files to create a VoxBo GLM directory and queue the jobs needed to solve the model. The script files are relatively straightforward, and it's often easier to create a sample glm file and edit it than it would be to go through the graphical interface Here's the help text:

VoxBo vbmakeglm (v1.8.5pre7/Jan  5 2010)
usage: vbmakeglm [flags] file [file ...]
flags:
    -i            ignore warnings, queue it anyway
    -v            don't queue, just validate
    -s            setup only (create filters)
    -tr <rate>    set data TR (ms)
    -kr <rate>    set HRF kernel sampling rate (ms)
    -h            i'm lazy, show me a sample .glm file
    -n <name>     only actually submit glms matching name
    -x <filename> i'm really lazy, make me a sample .glm file
