vbhdr allows you to set, add, delete, and copy headers for VoxBo 3D and 4D files. Here's the help text:

  vbhdr <flags> [<filename> ...]
flags:
  -s <hdrline>    set hdr line (replace or add)
  -a <hdrline>    add hdrline
  -d <hdr>        delete hdr
  -c <src>        copy user headers
  -o <orient>     change orientation
  -x <x> <y> <z>  new origin
  -z <x> <y> <z>  new voxel sizes
  -t <TR>         new TR (in msec)
  -h              show help
  -v              print version
