gds

gds processes text scripts that are used to generate G (design) matrices. Use the -h or the -x flag to get a documented sample file. Here's the help text:

VoxBo gds (v1.8.5pre7/Jan  5 2010)
usage: gds [flags] file
flags:
    -h            i'm lazy, show me a sample script file
    -x <filename> i'm really lazy, make me a sample script file
    -v <filename> don't generate the matrix, only check input file's validity
