comptraces

comptraces is used be the GLM job sequences to create the .traces file. Here's the help:

 comptraces -h -m[matrix stem name] -v
flags:
 -h                        Print usage information. Optional.
 -m <matrix stem name>                       Specify the matrix stem name. Required.
 -v                        Global VoxBo version number. Optional.
